Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material
Gagyo strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content
or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children. Creating, storing,
sharing, promoting, or soliciting (grooming) such content is never permitted
under any circumstances.
Users who violate this policy may have their content removed and their
accounts suspended or permanently banned without prior notice, and may be
reported to law enforcement as required by applicable law.
In-app reporting and blocking
Every user can report inappropriate content or users, and block users, directly inside the app.
- Long-press a message and choose Report to report that message.
- Open a person's profile and choose Block to stop seeing that user's messages.
- Urgent child-safety reports can also be sent to [email protected].
How we act on reports
Reports are reviewed promptly. Child-safety reports are prioritized above all
others; when a violation is confirmed we remove the content and suspend or
permanently ban the account.
Each church community operates as a closed group that only approved members
can join, which limits unwanted access from outside.
Legal compliance and reporting to authorities
Gagyo complies with the laws of the Republic of Korea regarding child sexual
abuse and exploitation. Where child sexual abuse material is identified, we
report it to law enforcement and to competent authorities such as the U.S.
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
We comply with the child safety standards policies of Google Play and the Apple App Store.
